David Decker
Owner and Founder
David Decker is a persistent and visionary entrepreneur, best known as the founder of ACo, Haven, Hub & Spoke, MOX Cabinetry, and Home Artisans of Indiana. Through these ventures, he has built businesses that not only deliver flooring, cabinetry, kitchen, and bath solutions but also inspire innovation and collaboration across the design and construction industry. With the launch of Hub & Spoke in 2020—a mixed-use development that combines a design center, coworking space, and makerspace—David realized a long-time dream of creating a space where people of all ages can explore, learn, and create. In partnership with Hamilton Southeastern Schools and the City of Fishers, Hub & Spoke reflects his commitment to empowering the next generation of makers and leaders through hands-on, entrepreneurial learning. He also founded Home Artisans of Indiana, a collective of local, high-quality professionals dedicated to raising the standards of craftsmanship, service, and collaboration in the home improvement industry.
Rooted in a family business upbringing, David learned the values of hard work and entrepreneurship early on, spending summers alongside his father. His own journey—from leaving college in search of more practical, hands-on opportunities to building multiple successful companies—drives his mission to fuse industry and education while fostering purpose-driven communities. His latest endeavor, MOX Cabinetry, reimagines the custom cabinetry experience with simplicity, craftsmanship, and character at its core. Whether through ACo, Haven, Hub & Spoke, Home Artisans of Indiana, or MOX, David continues to channel his passion for creative collaboration into ventures that empower others to live with purpose and pursue their own creative passions.
