He didn’t know it at the time but Klaus’ path into construction & real estate started at a very young age. He grew up learning from and working alongside his father, an innovative architect & developer who designed and built iconic homes, some of which have been featured in Architectural Digest. Klaus went to school for BioChemistry and Finance but gravitated back to his roots soon after graduation. Over the years he’s managed a portfolio of real estate assets across 10+ states, developed multi-family and condominium properties, and now proudly oversees construction and operations for A\Co.
“Creating or restoring structures that are unique, inspiring and done with the highest level of craftsmanship is rewarding and fulfilling.” That focus and the amazing team of people is what Klaus loves most about working with A\Co. Construction is demanding but with solid planning, creative solutions and a customer centric focus he takes pride in being able to provide our clients with a great experience and a final product they love.
He’s privileged to be married to a wonderful wife, Erin, and they have two amazing boxer pups (Zoey & Kota – A\Co’s ambassadors of love & licks). Klaus loves anything involving water, mountains, adventure, good friends and new experiences. In his down time you’ll find him cooking something crafty, wakesurfing the local mud puddle or trying to expend his dogs’ countless amounts of energy.
