Mike Rouzer
Design & Sales Consultant
Mike Rouzer, a Design & Sales Consultant, is dedicated to helping homeowners create spaces they love. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, he earned a degree in Integrated Social Studies from Ohio University before transitioning from teaching to the home improvement industry. With four years of experience selling Kohler Walk-In Showers and Tubs for New Bath Today, he finds joy in guiding clients through renovations that leave them wondering, “Why did we wait so long?!” His journey to Indianapolis began with a career in healthcare management, where he met his wife, Katie, a nurse, at Community North. He now enjoys being part of the ACo team and appreciates the people who make it special.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, hiking, and archery. In 2023, he and Katie tackled the “29029 Event,” climbing the equivalent of Mount Everest within 36 hours at Whistler, British Columbia. When he’s not training or exploring the outdoors, he enjoys spending time with his family and his beloved dog.
