Scott Willison
Project Manager
Scott Willison is a Fishers native, husband, and father of two boys. After graduating from Fishers High School, he spent over a decade in retail management. A career change came about thanks to the inspiration of his friends in construction management. Their stories about projects sparked a passion in Scott, and when the opportunity arose to join ACo as a project manager, he jumped at the chance to learn new skills and contribute to the field.
What drives Scott in the construction industry is the magic of seeing a client’s vision come to life and the transformation a space goes through from start to finish. He especially enjoys working directly with clients and collaborating in the field. At ACo, Scott values the camaraderie and teamwork environment, where everyone brings their A-game while maintaining a healthy balance of work and fun.
Outside of work, Scott cherishes time spent with his family and enjoys being outdoors. While he admits his golf game needs improvement, he really excels at spectating and is an avid fan of University of Michigan football, the Atlanta Braves, and Liverpool FC.
But Scott’s talents extend beyond construction. He’s a one-time champion of a stein holding contest at Wolfie’s Pub on Morse Reservoir and each summer he basks in the glory of his neighbors’ compliments for his well-kept lawn!
