Tom Stipp
Project Manager
Tom Stipp is a truly homegrown project manager. An Indianapolis local, Tom went to Cathedral High School and grew up learning the trade from his grandfather, who ran his own flooring business for 25 years. After attending the University of Southern Indiana, Tom took over from his grandfather.
As a project manager at ACo, Tom spends his day meeting with customers and installers on job sites, making sure everything is going according to plan. He loves that every day is different and the challenge of having to come up with solutions to problems on the fly. Tom feels fortunate that his job at ACo gives him a balance between working in the office and visiting jobsites to see the progress being made.
Tom and his wife Samantha were married in November of 2019, and together they have 3 rescue dogs, Bear, Knox, and Bailey, who keep them busy playing fetch and going for walks. When he’s not tending bar on the weekends, Tom enjoys attending Colts or Pacers games, or just relaxing with a cold glass of beer. When he is feeling more adventurous, he loves to travel to new cities and explore unique neighborhoods and local areas.
