Project Coordinated by Customer Service TeamDesigned for Togetherness: A Modern Farmhouse Kitchen Remodel
This remodel project in collaboration with Bradford Builders was driven by the needs of a growing family and their desire to refresh the overall look and feel of the home. The existing layout was closed off and limited both space and traffic flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. As the first phase of a larger renovation, the focus was on creating a more functional and connected main living space.
The client’s vision centered on creating a truly open-concept space that would connect the kitchen, dining area, and living room into one cohesive environment, allowing family members to remain connected and engaged with one. The Bradford team removed walls and reconfigured the space to achieve a more open, modern floor plan with clear sightlines and improved flow.
The homeowners worked with ACo designers on thoughtful material selections to elevate the space: full-overlay painted maple cabinetry provides clean lines and ample storage, while the neutral mid-tone wood-look LVP flooring grounds the design with warmth. A 2×6 ceramic subway tile backsplash with a hand-crafted appearance adds subtle texture and visual interest, complementing the cabinetry and countertops beautifully. Stained wood beams and posts were incorporated to integrate necessary structural elements seamlessly into the design, adding character and reinforcing the overall aesthetic.
The result is a warm, inviting space with a modern farmhouse aesthetic that balances function, style, and family-focused living. If you are ready to transform your own space, connect with us and schedule your own FREE design consultation.
